the neatest terminals of any airport. All the buildings have open sides and palm thatched rooves. The first picture shows our departure gate, from which we were trammed out to the runway and our waiting turboprop. A quick 40-minutes later and we were in Phuket. We picked up a rental car and drove (very carefully on the left side) to Khao Lak, where we checked into a nice beach-side place as a crimson sunset was showing it's full splendor. -K
